Release Form / Morality Agreement
Contestant is a person of good moral character and will continue to be a person of good moral character. She or he warrants that she or he has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and convictions, including but not limited to involvement in nude photography or felony convictions. She or he has not been a part of any endeavor that will reflect unfavorably on the pageant, its agents, representatives, sponsors and/or licensees. Diamond Perfection Pageantry will exercise its right to terminate this agreement, if any of the above restrictions have been violated in the event that the signed delegate is selected as a Diamond Perfection Pageantry title holder.
Contestant hereby releases Diamond Perfection Pageantry, its directors, officers, agents, employees and its successors, licensees, representatives, and assignees, from any and all claims connected with Diamond Perfection Pageantry and/or use of photographs or other likenesses, biographical material, voice, videotapes, and/or recordings of said Delegate. Said material may be used, reproduced, exhibited, telecast, and published in the manner as Diamond Perfection Pageantry deems advisable.
Contestant hereby further releases Diamond Perfection Pageantry, its directors, officers, agents, employees, partners, ventures or any related persons from any claims, demands, causes of action, expenses and costs for any injuries or demands sustained by Contestant as a result of, or during participation in the pageant, appearances and activities contemplated herein, including but not limited to traveling to and from the contest and personal appearance sites.
Contestant permits her or his likeness, photograph, and/or name to be used by the Diamond Perfection Pageantry in any and all publications associated with city, state, and/or national pageants.
Contestant agrees that, if selected as a Diamond Perfection Pageantry title holder, she or he may compete in the National glitz beauty pageant and complete all requirements according to the deadlines and rules set forth by Diamond Perfection Pageantry national office.
If for any reason the winner is disqualified, the title and all prizes will be forfeited.
Contestant hereby releases Diamond Perfection Pageantry, its directors, officers, agents, employees and its successors, licensees, representatives, and assignees, from any and all claims connected with Diamond Perfection Pageantry and/or use of photographs or other likenesses, biographical material, voice, videotapes, and/or recordings of said Delegate.
